K. Ravi Teja is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 18 years of post-qualification experience. He founded KRT & Associates to bring global best practices in finance and technology to Indian businesses.
He has held senior roles at leading multinationals — Philips Electronics, Capgemini Business Services, and Standard Chartered Bank — accumulating deep expertise in outsourcing of financial operations, IFRS, ERP implementation (SAP S/4 HANA and BPC), project management, data automation and consolidation of financial statements.
K S Prasada Rao is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, bringing over 40 years of distinguished experience in audits, taxation, project financing, and regulatory compliance.
He holds a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (DISA) and has led extensive internal and statutory audits, including special audits of public sector banks and tax audits across diverse industries. As Head of the Audit & Assurance division, he upholds the highest standards of financial integrity and compliance.
